Dov Seidenfeld is the President of Sevoy Developments. He is a collaborative leader and partner, with a talent for seeing and creating value.
Over the past 15 years Dov has delivered well-designed, high-quality condominium projects in prime, transit-oriented neighbourhoods within the GTA. Dov’s experience in full-cycle development from acquisition to approvals, marketing to sales, and construction to completion, has contributed to his holistic approach to home building. He places a high value on each phase and discipline, believing that success is achieved through thoughtful design and an experienced, committed team approach.
Jane Renwick
Executive Vice President, Sevoy Developments
Jane Renwick is the Executive Vice-President of Sevoy Developments. She oversees and manages Sevoy’s daily operations and is responsible for leading Sevoy’s growth strategy.
Jane knows how critical it is to meet development milestones and sales targets to ensure the successful buildout and registration of new multi-residential projects. She believes in collaboration and supporting every aspect of the development cycle. Her strong foundation in market research and analysis, coupled with her years of her experience in operations, development, marketing and sales has provided her with invaluable insight into the residential development business.
Geoff Smith
Vice President of Construction, Sevoy Developments
Geoff Smith is the Vice President of Construction for Sevoy Developments. Geoff is responsible for all aspects of construction planning, scheduling, budgeting and constructing.
Geoff is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience specializing in high-rise construction management. During his career he has helped build over 12,500 homes. He has a solid reputation and a proven track record for taking complex projects through their full lifecycle from inception through to completion and hand-over. Geoff’s technical knowledge, proactive problem solving and meticulous attention to detail are critical to ensuring well-built projects for our partners, investors and homeowners.
Mark O’Duffy
Vice President of Finance & Investments, Sevoy Developments
Mark is the Vice President of Finance & Investments and leads the investment strategy for Sevoy Developments, including evaluating and analyzing potential acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, and other investment opportunities.
Mark has 17 years of international real estate banking experience, having financed in excess of $10bn in construction financing. Mark began his banking career in the UK and Ireland, and then spent 10 years working on the RBC Real Estate Markets team in Toronto. At RBC, his primary focus was financing real estate projects from initial land loan to construction.
Daisy Yao
CPA, CA, CFA - Controller, Sevoy Developments
Daisy Yao is the Controller at Sevoy Developments. She has extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, preparing financial statements and tax compliance for new multi-residential construction projects in the GTA. She also supports Sevoy’s investment decisions by managing the project proformas and providing financial management advice to the team.
Daisy is a Chartered Professional Account, a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst, and has a Master’s Degree in Management and Professional Accounting.
Nithya Dabie
Director of Customer Care, Sevoy Developments
Nithya Dabie is the Director of Customer Care for Sevoy Developments. She has 8 years of frontline customer service experience in the new home building industry in the GTA.
Nithya takes great pride in creating thoughtful Customer Experience Programs that are proactive and purchaser focused. Nithya believes that purchaser education is critical to the successful occupancy and turnover of a building. Her extensive experience with Tarion with zero conciliations is a testament to her high-level of customer service and her ability to build trust with trades, property management and homeowners.

Jenny Patterson has over 20 years of property management experience in retail, commercial, and residential properties. She believes that superior customer service and displaying a high level of integrity are key to ensuring stability for tenants and property owners alike. Trina is about to multi-tasking across a broad spectrum of responsibilities to ensure executives can optimize their time and energy in the most positive way possible.
Trina’s background in business administration, has only enhanced her appreciation for the old saying “plan the work and work the plan”. She believes that helping others to develop and grow is the greatest accomplishment.
